The online store, ordering and shipping are all being handled by a 3rd party vendor, New Era Grafix based in London ON. CCS has worked with New Era for many years, and they are a trusted vendor and partner.

Some items included we have paid for in the past for other uses but have surplus stock and are offering them in the store so others can enjoy them as well. 100% of the purchase price will go to the events. Other items, CCS has not purchased outright but are in partnership with our vendor and once they have deducted their costs, the rest of the purchase price (minimum of 55%) will go to Relay For Life Youth, Relay For Life Community or Run for the Cure events respectively.

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

All orders placed approximately two weeks prior to the event will arrive on time. Please use the Order Deadline Calculator when placing your order. There is a minimum of 14 business days between placing the order and receiving your shipment, but this could be longer depending on volume.

We currently ship within Canada.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.

Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no extra cost.

We process orders quickly, so changes may not be possible. Contact us at support@ccsshop.ca as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted with SSL and processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. We never store your card details.
